“First rites” (drama)

The short film, “First Rites,” was first presented at our Next Step Screenplay Series Short Film Screenplay Showcase in November 2024. The moving story and dramatic material lent it to be a perfect film for the upcoming OIF Studio BLAZE Challenge.

Written and directed by Tony Taylor with a stellar cast and team, this is a narrative ready for excellence.

Funding for this film will go toward crew and cast stipends, costumes, a rented emergency vehicle for vital production design, production insurance, and of course meals on set for the team.
